Subscriptions orders ship free.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information for your order. All orders are processed at 8 AM CST Monday through Thursday to ship out the same day, except on holidays. Any orders placed after 8 AM PST on Thursday will ship out on Monday afternoon. We ship packages via USPS and UPS.

Please note that Figure 8 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS or FedEx. We do not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee/merchandise to USPS or UPS, it is beyond our control. However, we can assist you in tracking your package to ensure you receive your freshly roasted coffee.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local post office or FedEx office and check with neighbors or other household members. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist in filing a claim with the shipping company for any lost or stolen packages.
